Meet Jessica Garza.
Hi, I'm Jessica, the owner and creator behind The Cheesecake Darling. I've always been drawn to creative work — makeup, beauty, photography, and making things from scratch. After many years as a professional makeup artist, creating something beautiful has always been a big part of who I am.
The Cheesecake Darling started from my love of cheesecake and my desire to create something of my own. I love experimenting with flavors, trying new recipes, and making desserts that are not only delicious, but beautiful too.
I'm still growing and learning as I build this business — and that's part of what makes it so exciting. Thank you for being here and supporting The Cheesecake Darling. 💕

Yes! We love creating desserts for weddings, bridal showers, birthdays, and parties. You can work with Jessica to choose flavors, quantities, and presentation based on your event — just start a Custom & Event Inquiry.
Standard shop orders typically need at least 3–4 days' notice. For custom orders and events, please reach out 2–3 weeks in advance when possible, especially around holidays and busy weekends.
Keep your cheesecake refrigerated until about 20–30 minutes before serving for the creamiest texture. Covered and refrigerated, it stays fresh for 4–5 days.
Our desserts are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens like wheat, dairy, and eggs, so we can't guarantee an allergen-free item. Please share any allergies or dietary needs before ordering and we'll let you know what's possible.
